We are a bathhouse offering contrast therapy. We have three electric saunas and a cold spa that seats 9-13 people. Our saunas are set to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and our cold plunge sits around 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Single drop-in sessions: $24.95

Always bring a change of clothes, whether it is a swimsuit or athletic attire (clothing is required).

Some people choose to wear water shoes or sandals, just make sure they are not the ones you wore to get here (no outdoor shoes allowed in the space).

Bring a towel and a water bottle (if you forget, no worries! We have them on site to purchase).

Otherwise just bring an openness to trying something new!
